Sheila gets a 12 out of 10 from me. Personable, knowledgeable and funny. ????. I introduced her to my daughter also an Airpark lease customer. She made her feel at ease, as my daughter has the ‘fear’ of being a woman taken advantage of at car dealer.
Airpark would be greatly served by having a fleet of fleet of ‘Sheilas’ on staff.

I guess I expected a more thorough cleaning and detailing when the exact tech was applied there were still a lot of bugs on the front from my trip down from Flagstaff after the sealant was applied I thought they would’ve been removed before the application other than that the service was great everybody was very professional and accommodating

Waited for more than 2 hrs for an oil change. My tires weren’t checked for the right tire pressure and my tire sensors weren’t reset like I aked. I had to go to the front to check on the status of my truck and it was already done but no one notified me. Not satisfied at all. Sorry but I have never been treated like that at any Chevrolet dealership.

Car has been leaking oil ever since we had it changed. Took it back to have service look at it and they told us it was "residual oil" that got trapped during the oil change and they cleaned it out. That was 5 days ago and I'm still cleaning up oil off of my garage floor every day. It's still leaking.
