I called Hugo multiple times to check in on my vehicle and he did not answer. I tried calling the main line and still no luck. When I picked up my car he was in the bathroom when I showed up. I am worried he is always in the bathroom and not at his job.

The mechanic that fixed the oil leak did not put the intake valve back in place correctly which my vehicle to breakdown on me . George Lopez never had a rental car ready for me the next morning and my info on my vehicle issues was not in the system so no one new what was going on.
