Overall the service is good but the lack of rentals available and the fact that I was told my keys would be at the front desk and they weren't was really upsetting. It takes time and money to uber back and forth. I work long hours and I can't get my car until after hours. I'm willing to forgive.

The check in system for your customers is very confusing. Both my wife and I always feel uncomfortable when we enter your facility. We are always asked who our service advisor is. That contact changes every time we come to you for service facility. We would feel more comfortable if you welcomed us, using our name. Having your loyal customer memorize your employees names just doesn’t make sense.
Also, we came to our appointment at 5:30PM, dropped off our car and had to wait until the next day to pick it up. This was for a very minor oil change. When we called for an update an hour later, one of your employees answered. His accent made it impossible to communicate with him.
Your operation is not customer friendly.
