Tony was professional and provided me with suggestions early on. There were no cost surprises. I knew exactly what I needed at the time I dropped off my vehicle. I did not have an appointment and I knew there was going to be a wait on a Saturday. Everyone was so friendly and continuously checked on me and stated a service provider will be with me shortly. The service manager was amazing as well. Excellent service!! I only take my car to Cerritos Nissan.
