I had my wife drop off the vehicle. And she was offered a 300 dollar service deal. The only service I personally requested from kenneth was OIL CHANGE AND OIL FILTER CHANGE. I go pick up my vehicle and I get charge with a tires rotation that was done without my approval. Anyways I paid for it regardless only to find out dealer over inflated all my tires to 45psi. When the manufacturers recomendable pressure it’s between 33 to 35psi.
