On a procedure that should have taken 2 to 3 hours took 6 hours the guy who is post to be there wasn't even there nobody called me just waited around and I still ended up having to pay full price for oil change the seems to be a constant thing with the service department

The car still had dirt and spots ob it after a zaktek treatment. Now it appears to have some scratches in the paint. I'm assuming from waxing without getting all the paint off. Wheels still filthy as well.
