Had an appointment at 8 when I got no one knew about my appointment asked for several things to be looked at and they weren’t was called and told it was ready and when I got there it wasn’t. This is the second time I have tried to use grapvine ford and had the same results

Salespeople are great but the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Have been disappointed every time I’ve brought the truck in for service or for Zaktek. This time, the service rep I was supposed to see wasn’t even working that day, and he’s the one who set the appointment. I had to wait around for another rep to work me in. What’s the point of making an appointment if I have to be worked in like someone coming in off the street without an appointment? Furthermore, you don’t give a loaner car to someone who lives outside your 10 mile perimeter. Every other dealership I’ve worked with gives that courtesy. So because I have only the one vehicle, I had to wait around additionally for the work to be done.

Even though the time to get my oil changed was extremely long and I was late to work because of it Lauren did everything possible to get my vehicle out to me even though I didn’t get my wash for the vehicle so I could try to make it to work on time.
