Absolute worst car wash ever! I didn't expect much, but I couldn't even see out my windows or mirrors! So much worse than it started out! Had to pull over to clean my mirrors so I could see. Really? For the over priced service that we already pay for, you could at least use a squeegee, there is one in My trunk, use it!

I waited for my vehicle and was told it would only be an hour to hour 1/2. After 2 hours of waiting I located my advisor and was told my vehicle was still in the bay getting an oil change. I understand I also needed an alignment but seriously it shouldn't have taken that long for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. My advisor Lucio was very apologetic and professional. With as many employees you have working there, this was not acceptable.
