After taking car back to Midway a second time cause they did a poor job the first time I’m even more disgusted with the service I received. I dropped off car with no paint damage and when I was told car was done and I went to pick up car I noticed paint chip damage in front part of hood as well as front of the car..My car had no paint damage when it was dropped off and Beau the service tech never noticed any as we did a walk around the car to point out what was missed on original Zak Tech, but it some how got damage between service drop off and car wash and Zak Tech... Dragan I believe (service manager) asked us if that was there before service and passed it off as rock chips, (2 dime size chips and a bunch of smaller chips)but said he’d submit a claim with Zach Tech and we should hear something within a week, they had the body shop guy come over and take pictures of damage as well.. It’s been a week and no call no nothing from Midway on car??? I just want the damage taking care of that was done to my car while on Midway’s lot while being serviced..
