I told the service adviser that the vacuum in my Pacifica had a clog the hose. The tech insisted that there was nothing wrong. The tech clearly doesn't want to do small commission jobs. I took the car home and took it apart myself. Sure enough there was a clog. I understand that your shop is busy. However, I still expect to be treated well.
