Wow, SO glad we chose Airpark for our recall and service! George took excellent care of us! We would recommend Airpark and specifically George in service to everyone! And even got our Jeep washed which was a really great surprise!! Loved the Uber too!! Top knot has dealership!!!

Brad the service tech is great. I like him but I put a total of around 13 hours over a month period to get the truck fixed. One of my items said “could not duplicate the issue. You have to go on the freeway and I know they didn’t. The only way I was able to get the major issue I had fixed was to insist that I drive the second time I went back because they always say “could not duplicate the issue” suddenly when I drive, we hear it. The second issue I mentioned does it every time I drive not once and while so I know for a fact they didn’t try or didn’t try very hard. I am giving up because I don’t have the time to keep spending all of my time with my truck at a dealership so I can have people do nothing except try to feel me another vehicle. You have a great coffee machine though.

Jonathan went above and beyond great customer service. I was not present when my sons car required service and I needed to pay for it. He made sure to provide me the information in a timely manner to facilitate payment. He texted called and emailed me until the process was complete. Jonathan also provided me with a report of the car and gave me the choice of taking care of necessary service. He was very helpful and made the process painless.

Debbie's been great, but my car had been in for two weeks now and both times it had been returned the light's come back on within 10 miles and it's running like complete crap. I understand, probably better than most, that troubleshooting can be difficult, so I don't want to condemn anyone, but we're not getting it fixed yet. Well just have to keep trying!
