It’s not the service advisors that are the problem. The customer service isn’t the problem. It’s the faces that aren’t seen. It seems like EVERY TIME I bring my car in for some type of service, I get it back with another problem. My problems are eventually resolved, but I shouldn’t have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK from my home (in Goodyear) for a problem I did not cause on my vehicle. It’s ridiculous. I’m wasting my gas, putting miles on my car. My time, that’s the biggest thing. It’s 40 MINUTES ONE WAY. Then to sit for an hour? Hour and a half? Two hours waiting? Then to drive ANOTHER 40 minutes home, without traffic. All I wanted was for my one issue to be resolved, not another one created. It’s annoying. Carl is the best, besides the fact that he never answers the phone, super aggravating. But he gets to the core, explains it, dumbs it down so I can understand. He is great at his job. I just wish there wasn’t another problem caused when I bring my car in.

Eric was kind and understanding of my concerns for the way my car was running. After driving my car he promptly took me to the mechanic’s area and showed me the area of damage and how to handle the repair. He reassured me that the costs is under the warranty. He further showed me that my serpentine belt indicated some tears in it and that it should be replaced to prevent damage unexpectedly..
Eric promised to order parts and made an appointment for Thursday.
I appreciate this promptness to details and customer satisfaction.
