Great, fast service.
This was my first visit to Grapevine Ford service department, I usually go to Westway in Irving, but this was closer.
The agent Pete, was very polite and helpful.
And the breakfast burritos at the Mustang Cafe are amazing! ????????

My Service representative was professional and helpful. The quote to repair a Windshield Wiper motor was shocking, as a) the part cost was 6 to 7 times the price found on the internet (OEM vs. Aftermarket), still a bit ridiculous. The labor hours is extreme, suggesting engineering (my guess, 6-7 hours). Interesting note, I did not receive a detailed proposal outlining the costs, rather an email with total, backed up by conversation with Service representative.
I'll be in the market for a Tahoe within the next year or two, not feeling comfortable with Midway. Interesting to note, my 2001 Yukon XL is from Midway via. my father-in-law purchased new, I purchased from him 1 year later.
