Brian was very aware of my history of my vehicle and thorough about what I needed then and in the next visit. He let me know how long it was going to take and asked of I wanted the wash. I was pleased with his service. There were a couple things that I was concerned about. My service was ok except the air in my tires were different on my dash indicator and the service warning needed to be reset. Other than that all was well.

I bought my car about 3 months ago and it creaks and groans generally in the morning. Of course, when I brought it in it didn’t do it. I know it’s not y’alls fault that it didn’t do it that day but I don’t understand why a brand new car would creak and groan like that. It sounds like my old car sounded after I had an accident and they said it was because of the “frame” was damaged in the accident. If I could get a loaner car for a couple of days so y’all can drive it first thing in the morning when it happens the most. I have tried to record the noise but the noise is in the back end and hard to get good good audio when I’m driving. I know it shouldn’t sound like that with only 4,000 miles on it.
