Love airpark for all of my service needs! Just sad that I had a free exterior car wash done without asking- perhaps I signed for it and didn’t look . Just spent all day detailing my Jeep and then had it handed back with water spots and dirt all over it from a terrible drive through wash

Very poor service. Items the vehicle went in for were not repaired or checked before delivery. Hugo was rude to both my wife and I stating no big deal just bring it back and do another work order on it. The car was in the shop over a week. There was very poor communication from Hugo and because of that he said I declined repairs on the rear seat issue when in fact he didn't tell me that the extended warranty would cover those repairs. I would prefer taking this vehicle to a dealership, but there are a lot of shops would be glad to have the business And the level of service can be the deciding factor. Your manager assured me that everything would be taken care of hopefully that's the case and if so I will continue using midway.
