Jason was horrible to deal with. Stopped calling me after the initial contact on Monday. I had to call several times and ended up just picking up my car before closing on Tuesday. Horrible experience and will go to a different Jeep dealer for other service

Diesel additive was almost charged to my bill and put in my 3.6 V6 gas engine. The VIN was recorded incorrectly by staff. Would have been really bad. If the mechanics didn't catch that and put that in my truck before I saw the VIN discrepancy, they need to be replaced by competent mechanics. Sad to say, this is the last time I get my truck serviced by Midway Chevy. Service was suggested that isn't on the vehicle's manual, as well, this is shady practice. Pay your employees based on hours worked, not commission, and you will have more satisfied customers.

Your team is great! Jon is awesome and service oriented. You have way too few Alfa Romeo loaners and the process to get loaners takes too long. I base this on the Lexus and Mercedes service models. Alfa wants to be one of those brands and to do that is to have more like for like loaners (Alfa or not) . I know you all care and Jon works very hard!!
