I bought this vehicle in November 2018. When I bought it one of the mud flaps was broken. Our sales rep. Was Adam. He ordered a new one but ordered the wrong one. When we took it in for our first oil change we had Chance born in the service dept. He said he would order the correct one and call me when it was it. That was months ago and he never called. My husband took the vehicle in for the second oil change yesterday 5-21-19 and asked about the mud flap. It still was not there. He was told it's on order. I called yesterday afternoon and talked to Brian in the sales dept. He took down my info and said he would call me back. Adam called me back shortly and was a little confused as to what had taken place prior. He took down my info again on the part needed. But he did not say he would call me when the part is in. I would really like to get this taken care of. I have bought 6 new vehicles from here over the years and have been very satisfied with the service until now.

Second time we have had our 2019 Ram in for service because the backup camera only works intermittently. I was told it is a software problem . So, when will this be resolved. I paid for a brand new truck that doesn't perform to expectations. A truck this size needs the backup camera to work ALL THE TIME. So, we wait. Living an hour from your dealership and only having this one vehicle and you do not provide a free loaner car, these trips to Scottsdale are very, very inconvenient and a hardship on my family.

I received my vehicle back dirty and was not offered a car wash as I was the last time my Jeep came out of the shop, my PSI was low and tires were not filled and the plan for my oil consumption test changed without an explanation as to why and my concerns were not addressed by technicians (i.e. my traction control light turning on when I was in park)
