I made an appointment for an 0815 oil change figuring it would hold me a spot to get my oil changed as I had a full day ahead of me. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. TWO HOURS later I had to go find someone to ask about my car. Ten minutes later it was ready. No apologies, no explanation as to the delay. Once in my car I was hurrying to my next appointment which I was already late for only to discover no one had the time to reset my oil life percentage back to 100%. So I had to look up how to do that since my holding down that button wasn’t resetting it. Just had a bad experience. I just felt like I was in their way and wasn’t worth any extra effort.

What upsets me however is your ridiculous service rates. The evap core of my 2015 Grand Cherokee sprung a leak before the car even got to 55K miles....something that should never have happened in the first place. Then you charged me almost $1300 in labor for a single days repair. You worked on my jeep for no more than 7 hours (book rate, but probably less than that in actual time) which works out to a minimum of $185 an hour....which is insane. That doesn't even take into account the nearly $500 you charged me for an evap core..... A part I can buy online new for less that $100.
And because my vehicle takes a new version of freon, I don't even have the ability to use outside maintenance as no one has the new service equipment yet.
I love my Jeep and I may buy another one in the future but I will avoid your service department like the plague and will tell everyone I know the same.
