Last time I was there you had rental cars there, this time I had go down the street to get one, an extra 20 minutes that I wish I knew ahead of time. George never checked to see if my issue was covered under warranty, is that normal practice? If so that seems VERY unethical. I had to ask. George email me my report that included 15 issues?!? Really 15 things are wrong with my vehicle , I find that impossible to believe , especially since I had an oil change there done less than six months ago with zero issues. Again seems VERY unethical.
