I was satisfied with the oil change, the sin protector the put on my car, I was NOT satisfied with the sensors not being set, I noticed this as I was on the freeway going home the tire pressure on all 4 tires is different, now I have to take time out again and take it back in to get this done.

First, instead of checking to see if my car was under warranty I was told replacing the part would be almost $500. When I asked if it was covered under warranty because about 2 months ago Courtesy Chevrolet replaced a similar part under warranty. I received attitude from the service rep and never received a call back to let me know if it was covered or not. When I called back in I found out it was completely covered under warranty. When I picked up my car it was dirty but on my receipt it says that they washed the exterior and hand towel dried my car. That is a blatant lie. Another concern is that when I brought in my car my tire light was on because one of my tires was low, no one put air in my tire, asked if I would like air to be added, or even notated the light on my receipt. It says that a 15 point inspection was performed but yet no one saw that I needed some air in a tire? I typically go to Courtesy Chevy and get great treatment and service. I just moved my shop for work so I thought going to Midway Chevy would be convenient for my personal car as well as my 10+ vehicles for my business. I have a bad taste in my mouth from the whole experience. Not professional, helpful, and deceitful. It seems odd that I had to push very hard to have someone check to see if it is covered under warranty, that seems like it would be an automatic step when someone brings in a vehicle. Unless you do not car to scam someone. As well as the lie about the car wash, not a big deal but just adds to the sketchy vibe already.
