The overall experience was not great. I was disappointed on the day of pick-up. I was told I would get a call when it was ready it should be around noon. I arrived around 11 to wait but when I arrived my vehicle was just sitting outside. I used the text message I had received to inquire about the time. A very nice lady asked if I had been helped and she went to let my advisor know I was waiting. I saw her tell him but then he called me to tell me it was ready. I wonder how long it had been ready before I got there. Being without your vehicle is a major inconvenience it would be nice to have been called as soon as it was available. Just disappointing
