I feel like I was totally taken advantage of because my Tahoe was brought in disabled. There was an easy fix that I probably could have done myself for under $100., but was manipulated into a cooler replacement that wasn't necessary. The aftermarket part she insisted needed replacing was installed with the aftermarket radiator your shop installed 3 years ago and had nothing wrong with it. After inspecting the replaced cooler,all I really needed was a $5 hose clamp and **** fluid refill!!! How did I let myself get scammed so badly? I should have paid the extra $75 and had it towed to Sands'. I was scared this would happen. but hoped maybe this time things would go well, I feel like my truck was being held hostage. What a fool I am!!! I was also told I would get a VIP discount. On the billing it looks like I got $70-85 deducted off a $1500 bill. That makes me feel like a real VIP.
