It’s not directly towards anyone at all just very irritated. I bought a Vehicle (2016 Ford Edge) from you guys June 30th and I’ve nothing but problems with it since. My wife and I love the vehicle so far the 2 weeks we’d had it home since we’ve bought it. There’s a noise in the front wheels that sounds like wheel bearings, something dragging, rocks in the rotors, or something in the same nature that they somehow can’t hear when they ride in the vehicle when the noise is plain as day (every single person besides the “6” people that rode in the vehicle with me can hear it except them. I’m running into a Surging problem at Idle when filling up the gas tank to 100% sounds like an EVAP problem to me. But the main issue is that I have 2 problems with my vehicle (which I bought it with these problems) still aren’t fixed and I feel as if they aren’t taking them seriously. I feel like they aren’t taking the actual time to diagnose what’s going on. I’ve been very polite every time even know I want to let me anger out. I build race cars in my spare time so I can guarantee I could find the problem if I actually took a look at it but I bought the vehicle with a warranty from MPP and the dealer warranty that came with the vehicle so I don’t feel like I should have to do the leg work for the techs.

Porters were great. Appt was at 9. Service advisor absent. Service mgr was in office and should have been helping me. Eddie, service advisor finally was free and helped. Went to lounge area to wait for shuttle. Driver was just leaving for a run. Waited 40 min. Upon return was told another 30-45 min. Called husband. Was told 1/2 day for recall work. Car stayed over night. So this was not your best. I took my husband’s truck to Dodge for recall work. Was met promptly at car. Was given loaner and service completed in stated time. You need to take a lesson from them on great customer service.
