Honestly. I came there because the dealership in LB closed. I have primarily taken my car to Nissan dealership for service so I have idea of what exceptional looks like from a dealership. My tech was cordial. But not personal. I made it clear I was new to Cerritos. I was left standing by my car for over 10 minutes before the tech actually came to check me in after I asked if I was going to be helped. No one came to talk to me about recommendations for my inspection/oil change. We reviewed it when he told me it was done. But that’s not really helpful. Some of the items I would have said yes to. I just left feeling disappointed and slightly annoyed. I’m guessing I’ll have to try another deal for service. No one was rude. But it just simply people going through the motions.
