I called three times to speak to service with questions. I called three days in a row and left messages three days in a row with someone who said the service department would call me back. I needed to change my appointment date or I needed a loaner car. Since no one called me back and I needed the service I showed up for the appointment. They told me loaners were not available. I had to call someone to come get me and take me to me job and other appointments I had. This was horrible service since no one called me back.

The service provided by Jorge was not good quality. I was greeted very formerly and timely. I was told my oil change would take 1 hour to an hour and a half. Which would have been ok. But it took 3 hours. I didn’t see the point in making an appointment for it to take 3 hours. I could have just walked in for that wait time. After waiting patiently for my vehicle I asked the guy who handed me my keys if they had checked the tire pressure like I asked in the beginning. He said yes. I then asked why the tire pressure light was still on. He responded that as soon as I start driving it should go off. Well it didn’t. I then came back the next day for you guys to check the tire pressure. It was an inconvenience that should have been avoided. My second visit was brief because all they had to do was add some air to the tires. Simple as that. But it should have been done the first time. I did not appreciate not being taken seriously the first visit and that it took a more serious tone the second visit to achieve the service I should be given to begin with. The gentlemen who helped me the second visit was much better at his job. I think his name was Rimmel.
