While I've had great service at Airpark, this latest time was less than great. While the service itself was quick, the fact that my spare tire cover was lost and there was residue from the paint sealant left on my non-painted fenders and front bumper was very disconcerting and disappointing. More attention to detail should be the norm and not the exception.

Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is completely unacceptable!I bought my car about a year and a half ago and your maintenance department is the worst I've ever dealt with. Every time I schedule an appointment I know I have to call the day before to confirm but for some reason I'm never in the system for an appointment...EVERY TIME!!!! Then as I stated above it takes a ridiculous amount of time to complete the work!
