We picked are jeep up again to take it up north and it did the same thing and had to turn around and bring it back home so that we could get a reliable vehicle to make it up to happy jack to go camping. I think you need to payoff my jeep and give me money so that i can go buy a vehicle that i can drive everywhere. It is very frustrating when we see other jeeps going up hills and even pulling things and we can't even make it to sunset point and the worst thing is when i even seen a smart car going up a hill and we can't even make it. Jason has been working with my husband to get this problem solved and they can't figure it out. Not happy with this jeep at all especially we are told for the 4th time it won't happen again we have inconvenienced again so frustrating when you spend so much money on a vehicle and you can't drive it where you want to go especially a jeep that you should be able to take anywhere like 4 wheeling which we have never done or never will due to the fact it won't go up a hill. Jason you did a good job with getting me checked in and handing off to the service crew.
However the entire process took 2.5 hours. I feel it should have only taken half of that time considering I scheduled an appointment. It seemed to me that you guys are overwhelmed with volume in ratio to your resources. I hope you have future plans to expand and readjust. The car wash evidently didn’t have spot free rinse because I had water spots I didn’t have when I showed up. Disappointed because I had to wash off your wash.
