Very unprofessional. I didn’t get a car wash nor the scratches on the car buffed. I just bought the car on sat and they (sales manager) who sold me the car promised I can get them buffered out.
I was told since i have all this warranty, everytime I bring the car in they can wash the car and do the paint protection.
I was even promised floor mats, and I never received them
