Appointment was for 1pm. I dropped the car off promptly at 1pm. Entrance way was blocked. Had to move some cones to pull my car in. Car wasn’t taken back for repairs until ~ 2:15pm. So far the repair has worked after waiting 3 months for parts. So that’s good.
Jon was nice and helpful. Your Fiat repair center is too understaffed. You need to honor appointments or don’t make them. I’ve waited at least an hour every time I’ve been there. Thanks.

Charlie was fine, he wasn’t the problem. My issue is my transmission issues not being covered under the powertrain warranty. These 2015 cherokees are very widely known to have transmission issues, the very same issues im having. Yet I was told I needed to buy a new battery (which I’ve already had you guys do since I purchased the car) and pay $160 for a software update to fix the trans. So you’re admitting there’s an issue with the software causing an trans problem, yet you’re charging me for a simple software update flash. I know what goes into that, it’s nothing. And that’s not even to mention that you’re saying this thing needs it’s 3rd battery already. It’s not like you guys don’t know about these transmission issues nationwide, look anywhere online, lemon law websites, or any Jeep forum.
I am literally lined up to purchase another SUV in August (additional to the Cherokee I have). I came in just last week to test drive a new 2019 Trailhawk, and I’ve been talking with your salesmen via email and phone. But this makes me want to go with a different car on my list like the Edge or RDX.
