While the lady I talked to a week earlier said 2-3 days. I will definitely request Miguel for all my service needs in the future. I have recently purchased a 2019 Navigator.

To be completely honest I hate going here because everyone I talk to always seems like they are having a bad day or something and it seems like you’re always trying to overcharge me for services or sell me on something I don’t need. Everyone makes me feel like an inconvenience. Today when I came to pick up my car someone took my key and just left and didn’t come back. The receptionist who was complaining to me about her computer had to take me to go find my car... you complete the services I need to make sure my car is right but other than that I don’t have anything good to say.
