This has been our third experience with Mike and Airpark Dodge and it has been simply great ! We do recommend Airpark Dodge to people. Mike has went over and above and the extra mile to explain and help us and our Challenger RT in getting repairs done. We retired after 32 years of service for the Scottsdale Police Dept. and we are grateful for all the years of service that Airpark Dodge has provided us as we use to repair our own Plymouth dodge Chrysler vehicles. We now depend on Airpark Dodge to take care of all our needs for here on out because of people like Mike Doyon. Our service experience with Chandler was extraordinary. Our vehicle required a very large, lengthy repair. He got us into a service courtesy vehicle for the couple of weeks it is taking for the repair of our vehicle. He has kept us up to date and seems extremely efficient at his job. He is very kind, straightforward and made us feel like he genuinely cared for us and our vehicle. I can’t say we have always had good service experiences with Reliable Chevrolet so it was definitely a breath of fresh air. As long as Chandler is with the service department, we will bring our vehicle to your service department for any service needs. Please, give this man a raise. He deserves any incentive offered. Buy him a car. Reward him with an extra paid vacation. If Chandler is interested in manager positions, you need to take his interest and skills very seriously - promote him. Employees like him are hard to find and even harder to keep. We just can’t say enough positive things about Chandler and our experience. Thank you Chandlers

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and some issues with wiring. He calls to tell me that there's a short in the wiring but my extended warranty may not cover it because they have to pretty much tear the whole car apart to find it. So I tell him nevermind I'll just get it fixed another time and then he tells I have to pay a diagnosis fee when they don't even know where the short is. I will never buy a Ford again this vehicle has been a nightmare since day one.

The problem still has not been resolved after taking it to Midway service 3 times now for the same problems. It is still hesitating and acting like it’s going to stall. A brand new car shouldn’t be having these problems. It’s very frustrating that Chevy has not resolved the issue when several people on the internet have experienced the same problems with fueling and stalling Malibu’s. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Midway but this experience has been the worst. I’m 8 months pregnant and scared that if the car keeps dying while the vehicle is moving it’s going to eventually cause an accident or death.
