Hugo was extremely helpful and professional. The service was good and the willingness to help exceptional, however when it came down the labor part fell off. My windshield washer has never worked since I bought the truck, when it came down to fivmxing it it didn't get done. And I asked about rotating the tires so I could maintain them all that was said was the tires were nice lighted up. They been to be rotated so that didn't get done These items should have been corrected before the truck was sold. And since it was awarrent fix your mechanics didn't have the time to attend them. Therefore I must take your failure somewhere else to get corrected.

I spoke to the service advisor and informed him I would like the skid plate taken off when the oil change was done so oil would not drip on my driveway , this did not happen and I had to come back in to have the oil cleaned up off my truck. And still have to get the oil off my driveway.

Victor was great actually he went above and beyond to help me out but the recall did not help my problem. The brakes on this truck are a major major problem. I still have to double pump the brake pedal and the squealing will drive you nuts. I have been complaining to Chevy about this problem since the second day after I bought the truck. I'm very disappointed.
