My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was at 10:30 a.m. and I arrived at 10:15 a.m., and they were not finished with my services until about 12:10 p.m. and this was in the express oil change line. That is unacceptable to take an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change.

I especially liked having a ride from Lyft in the morning. This is a much better process and quicker for the customer. Charlie was very informative and called me in late afternoon to let me know my car was ready. I appreciate hearing back from my Service Manager, rather than having to call him (and likely not being able to reach him).
