Waited an entire day for an oil change because he “had the wrong number” despite me calling and leaving a message with, wait for it, my phone number. Will never recommend nor go there again.

John Kelly was absolutely horrible. I never had issues with service advisors talking rudely to me and calling me a liar. John kelly commutes to replacing my faulty battery under warranty twice over phone which is an oral promise and he failed to follow through on. I had to file a complaint against the better business bureau call two supervisors who never called me back ever! And my original sales guy Bill West (who was absolutely fantastic) no issues with him he got my issue resolved I like the service department specifically Johns he was rude, unprofessional, called me a liar, denied his promise to me and refused to even acknowledge me when I picked up my vehicle. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had here due to John kelly and I will NOT be going back if those are the employees you have working there. This was unacceptable. Please acknowledge Bill West for his service. He was wonderful. John Kelly and the supervisors were unprofessional to say at least.

The service advisor didn't take down all of my issues at drop off. Then the service department took too long to get to my vehicle and when they did, they only look at one of the three things I asked them to do. I don't know why you all make reservations if you don't touch a vehicle for a week. Why not just let is schedule a time for when we can drop it off with the expectation that the service department will start working on the vehicle? Isn't that what a reservation is for typically?

Laura is one of the best customer service managers/people I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t like bringing my truck in for extended warranty repairs or paying the deductible on a certified vehicle I’ve had less than 10k miles, but if that’s my situation, I’m glad Laura is the person I go to.

I will not be back. No one contacted me to tell me if my car was ready or not.
I had to make multiple phone calls, send text messages, and get transferred around to different people. It took more than 30 minutes to find out if my car was ready. Thankfully (since it was after 6:00) there was one person left in my office who gave me a ride to the dealership. It was ridiculous.
Meanwhile, I was getting auto-texts saying “Let me know if you have any questions.” I replied “Yes. I have a question! Is my car ready!?”
