No need to contact me every time I go to your service department I get terrible service. It took over two hours to do a rotate, balance and replace a tire. When I received my vehicle my tps was still on because the tire wasn't properly inflated. My didn't get washed and I wasn't offered to come back to wash it. I wasn't told about my tire not being patchable until they were getting ready to close the ticket. Once I informed them I had mpp then they replaced it. Lack of communication and customer service made this experience terrible.

When a vehicular problem arises while traveling away from home one feels vulnerable and is uncertain about who to rely on for a remedy. I/we have to say that Reliable told us to come in and they would see what they could do. I met with Debbie up front and she went to work immediately getting things handled. She informed us about what was going to take place and the timeframe. Our issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired and suggestions were made concerning a couple of other more minor issues that would contribute to improving the performance of our truck. We accepted those suggestions and ordered that work done also. Start to finish we were there for about 2 to 2-1/2 hours and were then on our way. Couldn’t believe it. Very happy with Reliable and the technician who worked on it and, especially with Debbie who put us at ease about the whole thing within minutes of our arrival. Thanks to all.”
