Lack of communication skills, as a young lady it is not okay to treat me like it’s nothing. Didn’t even go over what he performed on my car, just handed me a packet and said this is what you need to get done. You can definitely notice that he just wanted to ring me up and get me out all fast. I been a customer for over 3 years and never experience bad customer service until now. Very disappointed, I take time out of my day to make sure what I asked is completed. Hugo did not bother or care to fully complete what I asked for. I came in for a oil change and to see what was wrong with my car play. He only did the oil change and when I asked about the car play he said no one told him anything when it’s written down on the paper of what I came in for to get done. It was obvious he didn’t want to do the job.
