Service department personnel competently addressed manufacturer defective product and worked to completely repair satisfy my vehicle to the best of their ability. I will NOT purchase any Jeep Chrysler products anymore at anytime in the foreseeable future having had my 2018 Jeep in for major manufacturer defective repairs for almost 4 weeks since the time of purchase. If it had not been for the service tech and supervisor attention to repeatedly repair my vehicle until done correctly I would have had no option but to pursue every remedy under AZ law to attempt to reach a satisfactory result. 2+ hours for a scheduled oil change is not good service. I waited another 15 min for my contact to be available while 5 others stood taking in the drive without asking. A woman did ask but couldn’t help. All to see my keys had been sitting on my contacts desk and he did not tell me. I was in the waiting room. This is a consistent experience with your dealership.

1. Car was in the shop for 24 hours and service advisor didn’t contact me to let me know what the issue was with car until I called.
2. I was told car was ready for pick up at 2. I arrived at 2:30 and it was still not ready for pick up and was asked if I could wait another 1/2 hour, which I couldn’t.
3. I had already arranged schedule for pick up on Friday but when it was not ready I had to wait until Saturday to pick it up.
