Andrew Shannon was outstanding! This was my first time coming in for a service by myself, and Andrew answered any questions or concerns that I had regarding my vehicle. He was very helpful to explain what was being done with my vehicle, gave me information concerning the 30,000 mile service for my vehicle, and went above and beyond to explain to me that for my next services I can contact him directly and he’ll assist with me setting up my appointments. Very outstanding employee and I am very thankful for his assistance.

Sheila Keilman was very professional and friendly and dealing with her was a great experience. She was extremely attentive and available to answer any questions I had. She didn't "rush" me through the check-in or check-out process at all. I would definitely recommend the Airpark service department based on my interaction with Sheila.

The only thing I think would be nice is when I come in for service if you would wash the truck as part of it.

You guys are shady!!!! I’m never bringing my car here again. All of your negative yelp reviews are correct. I’m about to post mine as well. Tried to charge me for a wheel alignment when I was never charged the last 3 times! He was sneaky and without asking me if I wanted it, put it on my paperwork. Then was talking really fast so I didn’t really know what was going on. I just saw that the balance was 0 so figured it was covered because again, I was never charged before. First he offered to drive my car to my house then all of a sudden it switched to near his house. Ok fine whatever. So I have the loaner car. I meet him at night. He tells me he will call me tomorrow for my credit card to be charged. I didn’t wanna argue then. So I wait. I get home and realize that nobody washed my car!!! So if you didn’t wash my car, how do I know you even did a wheel alignment or anything? Especially when the tire pressure isn’t even on them? So when he called me the next day I was already about to refuse giving my credit card and I told him my car wasn’t washed. He said, “Awwww I’m sorry!! Next time I’ll have it full detailed! I’ll also close out your account and not charge you for the wheel alignment.” This is after he tried to explain what a wheel alignment is. Yeah I’m not stupid. But I don’t appreciate not being asked if I wanted that service! I’ve only had 1 guy I like there which is Hassan. Everyone else is cocky as hell! Including the douchebag I bought the car from.

Hassan & Gus are outstanding service representatives at South County Lexus. They are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. My car is always clean and ready when promised. I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else for service.
