The locks were to be repaired. The mechanic created worse electrical problems with the locks and windows and sunroof. I returned immediately to the dealership. Drew got locked out of my car. My phone and purse we're inside. Also. The drivers door was greasy dirty with finger prints. They got grease on a new fabric seat cover on the passenger side. I am stressed out. I believe that they should replace the parts for the locks for free. Part of the suspension work was done and the car still clunks underneath while making a right turn and straightening out the steering wheel.

Jacob took exceptional notes on what my problems I was experiencing with my vehicle which lead to a speedy fix. Gave me suggestions on what services I needed for the future. So I decided to give him the okay to proceed and do the jobs because of the way he followed up with me. He was able to keep me informed of what was going on.
