Ken is a great service advisor, he acts in a professional manner and is straight forward and honest with you. I have felt with others throughout my ladylike life and appreciate honesty.

I am completely frustrated with how my truck situation has been handled. I have had the check engine light come on 4 or 5 times resulting in me being left with no transportation for days and weeks. I have had it back for 1 week - brought it in for the oil change and after driving it for less than 10 miles the check engine light is on again.
Not one person at your dealership can tell me why the check engine light keeps coming on.
I have been patient but my patience is wearing very very thin at this point.
I WANT ANSWERS - not a game of run around.
