This is not an issue with Grapevine Lincoln but with Ford. This is a bad engineering design on the radio. I have read and have talked to a lot of people with Ford vehicles that have had similar problems with the radio. I was not happy shelling out 1300 dollars to fix a radio. Other than this issue this has been a fantastic vehicle.
