As an ex service manger, I understand labor rates and fixed absorption... but you are literally guaranteeing customers leave after 3yr/36. Many may actually leave before warranty expiration. I have

Think we were way over charged for a simple problem that did not need 1 and a half hours to solve. We told Mike Doyon that we removed the doors on our Jeep Wrangler and when we reinstalled them the airbag light was on and the rear windows would not roll up. Apparently the front right door’s wiring harness controls airbag sensor and prevents the rear windows from rolling up, the wiring harness was not completely plugged back in. Why did it take 1 1/2 hours to figure that out? Must be a new mechanic. You charged me $145 to reconnect the front right door wiring harness. You service how many Jeeps and don’t know the front right door wiring harness controls the airbag sensor and rear windows? Really, I find that hard to believe. If you were some random shop that does not know anything about Jeeps I could understand that. I would like a call back from you to understand this? Would that not that be the first thing a mechanic would check after telling you this happened upon reinstalling the doors?? I think I paid a lot of money for something the mechanic should have known. You have an opportunity to keep a customer or have us go somewhere else.
