I was told that I could have a rental car to use while mine was being serviced. When I got there I was told that no rental cars were available and people can't rent them for oil changes. If this is true it shouldn't have been offered to me. I had other things to do and I was unable to. I am very dissatisfied.

I called Saturday am to make sure the changes the backup light before coming in to get my car...... “everyone was busy” so I was suppose to go in and have the valet check and then if it was not done then I would “wait” for it to be done! Seriously? I called to prevent the waiting..... they can check if I am physically there but they can’t check before I get there?
Something is seriously wrong with that picture!
I’m not coming back to have it fixed if it’s not done and I’m leaving at 1:00 today for a football game, I called at 9:30 plenty of time to have this checked.
If Hassan was there it would get done, the lack of team effort is terrible.
