One thing went wrong and I had to drove back to the shop. When originally driving there th low tire warning came on. You were told about it and I assumed all tires would be checked since they were being rotated. One tire was replaced because of a sidewall puncture but they neglected to reset the sensor so I drove back over so this could be done. On my way again within a few minutes and the low tire warning is om again????? I drove aroind the block and baack to the shop where they found two tires needed air. Shouldn't this have all been checked earlier?

I had a coupon for an oil change for 12.95. Then a disposal fee for 4.95. That totals 17.90. The service advisor charged me 21.58, when I asked about it being so high he told me that it was the taxes. It didnt seem right but I didnt have a calculator so I paid. When I got home I did the math and he charged me 20.5% taxes. I looked over the invoice and he charged me the same taxes as if I didn't have the coupon. The taxes of 3.68 correspond with 64.64 charges that dont take the coupon oil change amount. The correct taxes should have been 1.02. The business pays taxes on the actual charges and not on the pre coupon rate. I am hoping to get my 2.66 reimbursed.
