For some reason after about 20 to 25 minutes driving( after I Ieft the Dealer) my car got super slow and the check engine light came on. I pulled over at the nearest shopping center, I turned off the car and waited a couple minutes then I turn it back on and the car started working just fine. The car is running good so far but I’m wondering if something was forgotten to be reset after the oil change.

Jason has a lot to learn about customer service. When I asked him if I could speak to the service manager, he went and talked to him but didn't bother to tell him that I wanted to speak to him. Among other things that were done wrong.

Positive service experience except that battery replacement cost estimate on phone failed to mention installation cost. Would have saved time by letting AAA replace battery at home instead of coming in to dealer to take advantage of 50% warranty discount if the total replacement cost of $125 had been clearly communicated by phone. But after some extended discussion, the installation fee was waived. So overall, while actual service experience may not warrant a 10 score, I am satisfied with overall resolution.

I was not happy p with the fact that I had to call to find out my coverage for my oil change and tire rotation. I told him I had the service plan t he still tried to charge me for it. That has never happened before. I felt as if Jesse was trying to pad the bill. I don’t think I’ll be returning to your dealership or recommending you to anyone!
