I went in to get two tires replaced that were provided free from the car I bought because it should’ve been done before the car was sold. Chris at Fiat was awesome. But when I went in to get the tires put on after sitting there for two hours I had to go up and asked why I was still there only then was I told the tire machine was broken and just got fixed. I then had to sit and wait for another hour. I showed up at 7:15 in the morning. it took over three hours to install two tires. Horrible service.
