I brought my vehicle in for a warranty covered oil change and when I picked up my car my front grill Chevy bowtie was sitting in the front seat and the metal plating where the bowtie should be was scratched pretty deep. Nobody explained that it had fallen off or gave any explanation for the scratches. My car was supposed to have been washed also but instead was covered with black greasy fingerprints that were very noticeable on my white car.
