When it comes to customer success and satisfaction, Eric has always handled my car service with efficiency, very professional, knowledgeable wrto service time. there have been many times unfortunately where my new car had major problems or several recalls.... Eric understood my frustration and had a rental care waiting, explained the process to correct my brand new cars issues and made sure I wasn’t waiting around for the paperwork.

Had to come four times to get my Jeep fixed. Was told they would do something for my troubles and then nothing. Even came back once only to drive around the block because the air bag light would not go off. Why was I even called if the light was on when you started the Jeep and it didn't go off while you were driving it to a parking spot? This should have been caught before calling the customer back to the store for a fourth time. Come on double checking your work should be rule number one. Glad I didn't get my brakes done!
