Took 3 hours just to get the oil changed. Requested the car to be cleaned, WASNT done when I got my car back. Sticker wasn’t left inside indicating when the next oil change would be due.

I felt brushed off by your staff. I asked a question and was told rudely, well it is Saturday, our busiest day. I asked about how many free oil changes I had, and the guy looked at my receipt and he said I only had this one free oil change. I showed him my paperwork then he changed his answer, I'm still confused about what I was told. I was going to get the protective wax put onto my vehicle but changed my mind when I was told I wouldn't get my vehicle back until after 4pm. I was called that my vehicle was ready (12:49-ish) and when I picked up the vehicle and noticed written on the receipt that the wax was put on my vehicle. I appreciate it but question it due to the length of time I was told the process would take. I looked over my vehicle and noticed there were water spots on the windows and i had dirt on areas of my vehicle. Leaving me questioning if the employees of the was on my vehicle over the dirt. This is just the tip of my visit. My company requires me to attend customer service training once a year. I think your employees would benefit from this same practice. Because right now, I'm not sure I would like to bring my vehicle back for any inspections or maintenance in the future.
