I brought my vehicle in on Saturday for a scheduled appointment. I wasn’t on true schedule, but showed my confirmation email and it wasn’t a problem. A few hours later, I was asked if i wanted to replace all four of my tires. After I stated I wanted to wait on the tires, I was told the Zaktek would be done and I’d be contacted when my car was ready. I tried texting for an update an didn’t receive a response. I showed up around 4:30 pm (a half hour before closing) and was told my vehicle was ready. After a few minutes, I was told there was a miscommunication and my car wasn’t done. I was offered the loaner car for Sunday and told my car would be done Monday. I called Monday and the woman I spoke with said my car should be done but someone would call. Again, no call back. I showed up again and was told my car was done, but because my advisor was on vacation, I couldn’t get my car back and was offered the loaner vehicle again. I appreciate the willingness to let me keep the loaner car, but it is not convenient to have to drive back and forth to the dealership when I work a full time job and have to shuttle two kids around to and from school and sports practices. I called today (Tuesday) and have not heard anything about the status of my vehicle.

Service representative was good. I just find it funny how they say your car will be washed and vacuumed before pick up and car was still dirty inside and dirt still on back windows. I’m use to the Dallas TX Sewell service and doesn’t compare.

Johnathan Ortiz is the reason why I come to Cerritos Nissan. Although is it out of my way, I do not trust anyone other than Johnathan to help me. Not only is he friendly but takes the time to thoroughly explain the repairs being performed. He also has the patience to answer my many questions.
